You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website or book coaching sessions. By using our Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as booking coaching sessions. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, or networks connected to the Website.

3. Coaching Services

3.1 Description of Services

Frequencies of Her currently offers virtual and/or in-person coaching sessions focused on feminine energy, inner work, and personal development. At this time, we do not offer courses, digital products, or other programs. The specific format, duration, and pricing of coaching sessions will be described on our Website at the time of booking.

3.2 Booking and Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled through our Website or through third-party scheduling tools we may use (such as Calendly). By booking a session, you agree to the scheduling and cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking.

3.3 Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session may be cancelled and the fee forfeited.

  • If the Company needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

3.4 Payment

All coaching session fees are displayed on the Website at the time of booking. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your credit card information. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Sessions are subject to applicable taxes.

3.5 Refund Policy

  • Coaching sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The coaching services provided by Frequencies of Her are for informational and personal development purposes only. Our coaches are not licensed medical professionals, therapists, counselors, or financial advisors. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • You should consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters.

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of coaching sessions, as outcomes depend on your individual effort and circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Website Content

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design elements, is the property of Frequencies of Her or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any materials, worksheets, exercises, or resources provided during or in connection with coaching sessions are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute these materials without our express written permission.

"Frequencies of Her" and related logos, slogans, and branding are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without our express written permission.

6. User Content
